Select a level then click the "Start Typing Test" button.  When the words appear, type them as you see them.  Do Not press Enter...

The exercise test is not 100% accurate because you have to pause to press "Done" when you're finish.  However, it will give you a fairly good idea of the amount of WPM (words per minute) you type.
